Using compassion as a lens, this talk looks at how burnout impacts the social fabric of our workplaces, homes, and communities.

The MarketHER Group welcomes Carleen Hicks to the community. Carleen will offer ProTalks and workshops to support members in learning strategies to better cope with work stress and create a work-life they love.

Burnout is a word we hear often, but there’s a big difference between using it as an adjective and living with the harm burnout creates in bodies and minds.

Using compassion as a lens, this talk looks at how burnout impacts the social fabric of our workplaces, homes, and communities. It looks at the risk and signs of burnout and ways to step out of the burnout cycle.  Whether impacted by burnout or not, your audience leaves with burnout risk awareness they can take back to their workplaces and homes, creating much-needed discussion to address this silent epidemic impacting our communities.

“Building influence at work for women means connection, but it can be hard to see how to do that, especially with people whose working style is very different from your own. I love helping women gain confidence and influence at work, so they can build a life they love.” – Carleen Hicks, founder of Love Your Working Life
