Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are core values of The MarketHER Group. As a professional women’s network, we are committed to fostering an environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all members. We believe that creating such an environment is essential for promoting personal and professional growth, building a stronger community, and achieving our mission of supporting and empowering women in marketing. To that end, we have developed the following DEI policy:

We believe that these differences enrich our community and contribute to our collective success. We will actively seek to recruit and retain members who represent diverse backgrounds and perspectives, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, and socioeconomic status.
- Equity: We are committed to promoting equity within The MarketHER Group. We recognize that our members may face different barriers to success based on their identities and experiences. We believe that promoting equity means actively working to identify and address these barriers and ensuring that all members have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We will strive to create a level playing field for all members and to provide support and resources to those who may face additional challenges.
- Inclusion: We are committed to promoting inclusion within The MarketHER Group. We recognize that creating a diverse and equitable community is not enough on its own; we must also create an environment where all members feel welcome, valued, and supported. We believe that promoting inclusion means actively working to build a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication. We will strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all members, where they can share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.
- Accountability: We are committed to holding ourselves accountable for upholding these DEI values within The MarketHER Group. We recognize that promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion requires ongoing effort and attention. We will regularly assess our progress towards these goals, seek feedback from our members, and take action to address any areas where we fall short. We will also hold ourselves accountable for creating a culture of respect and inclusivity, and for ensuring that all members feel supported and valued.
