(Last Updated on 16-May-2023)

All members must abide by this Code of Conduct to help ensure a safe environment for all MarketHER members.

The fundamental pillar of The MarketHER Group is confidentiality. You must honor the privacy and confidentiality of members and their experiences. Everything shared within your Group is strictly confidential unless otherwise indicated with the explicit consent of the other member(s).

1.) Respect all members of the group and their opinions, regardless of their backgrounds, experiences, or beliefs.

2.) Use inclusive language and avoid offensive or discriminatory language, jokes, or comments.

3.) Focus on knowledge sharing, creativity, and constructive conversations related to the group’s topic or industry.

4.) Avoid self-promotion and spamming the group with irrelevant content or advertisements.

5.) Confidentiality is key: do not share information shared in the group outside of it or with anyone not part of the group.

6.) Politely and constructively challenge ideas, but refrain from personal attacks or insults.

7.) Encourage curiosity and learning by asking questions, sharing resources, and engaging in thoughtful discussions.

8.) Avoid making assumptions about others’ backgrounds or experiences, and be open to learning from different perspectives.

As a community, we are constantly learning, unlearning, and growing. Together, we maintain trust and safety by holding clear boundaries and committing to the Code of Conduct.

Violations of this code could result in a membership loss without refunding your annual membership fee.
